The G is silent. This is the one almost everyone gets wrong, so please pass it to whoever is introducing him. It is not "Fog-lee-ah-toe." Say it like Foe-lee-ah-toe, and Andrew will be grateful.

Andrew Fogliato is the publisher of Real Estate Magazine and the founder of Just Sell Homes. After working as an agent, trainer, consultant, and marketer, he built REM into the leading independent media platform for Canada's real estate industry.

Andrew is known for cutting through trends and teaching the strategies that actually create deals, clients, and long-term trust. He speaks across North America on attention, authority, and modern real estate marketing.

A/V requirements

The ideal setup.

Andrew will work with whatever you have available, but here's the preferred setup:

  • Lapel mic
  • A "clicker" slide advancer
  • Screen for slides, visible from the stage
  • Countdown timer, visible from the stage

A couple of notes: Andrew usually doesn't use video in his presentations or need sound for his slides. If your venue can't provide the setup above, just let us know what's available, we can still present, but for a talk with no screen, slides, or mic, Andrew may prepare differently. Please tell us in advance.
